Jessie's Story

In September 2013, Jessie was honored to be able to open up for the temptations in Bluffton, SC.

Inspiration is a word that means motivation, and encouragement.I want to inspire people with music that is outside of the box. I don’t want to be categorize. As a child she was motivated and inspired by artist such as Chaka Khan, Mary J. Blidge, New Edition, and Stephanie Mills. It was their music that has helped her to transpire into the incredible artist that she is today. As a solo artist Jessie is here to bring the world music that combines the fierceness of Hip-Hop, Dance, the electrical energy of Latin music and the brilliancy of R&B, combined together. “ I want to represent the bridge that connects the sounds of American and Latin American lifestyles.”

Today, Jessie Storey travels across the country as lead vocalists for many well known bands singing various genres of Music from RnB, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pop, alternative and Rock. Her latest record releases in rotation are “Press Rewind” which she dedicates to her belated deceased husband, “Live my life”, “BABY” and “Why you wanna love me”.
